The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review against the decision no. 190/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Ramiz Lala, judge/ Chairman of the Administrative Court of First Instance, Gjirokastër.
The Presiding judge after verifying the presence of the parties in the session, informed about their acquaintance with the acts forwarded by the Tirana Administrative Court of Appeal and the Administrative Court of First Instance of Gjirokastër, as well as with the financial analysis conducted by the Legal Service Unit at the Appeal Chamber, according to the request of the Public Commissioner in stating the appeal grounds during the previous hearing.
Consequently, the presiding judge requested the Public Commissioner and the subject of re-evaluation to present their stance regarding the provability of the acts submitted by the aforementioned institutions.
The adjudication panel once became acquainted with the parties’ stance, decided to administer the documentation submitted by the aforementioned institution along with a judicial act submitted by the subject of re-evaluation. In declaring the closure of the judicial review, the adjudication panel invited the parties to present the final conclusions, on July 7, 2021, at 8:30 a.m.
