The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 539/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Hysni Mulaj, prosecutor at Tirana District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner ascertains that, from the review of the decision no. 539/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and its accompanying acts, emerge legal and factual circumstances for which deems that this decision is vulnerable in its entirety, also contains sufficient legal grounds to be presented to the controlling and re-evaluating jurisdiction of the Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, at the end of a complete investigation, to decide the amendment of decision no. 539/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Hysni Mulaj.
