The Public Commissioner, within the time limit, filed the appeal to the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court, against the Decision no. 229/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Dritan Banushi, judge/Head of the Appeal Court, Gjirokastër.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewing the above decision, with reference to the state of the facts and evidences administrated by the Independent Qualification Commission, and in consideration of the re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber, the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Dritan Banushi, does not achieve a trustable level for the confirmation in duty.
The Public Commissioner, through this appeal, requests to the Appeal Chamber to adjudicate the case in the public hearing, and at the end of the trial, to amend the decision no.229/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission and the dismissal from office of the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Dritan Banushi.
