The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 442/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, of the assessee, Mr. Juljan Çafka, prosecutor of Gjirokastra District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing the decision no. 442/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and its accompanying acts, as well as a denunciation filed in the Institution of the Public Commissioners, after the notification of the decision of IQC, finds that this denunciation refers to previously uninvestigated issues, for which further investigation is required.
In such circumstances, the Public Commissioner deems necessary that within the re-evaluation /controlling jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber, the latter, in the review of this appeal, to reopen the judicial investigation and at the end, to alternatively decide, to uphold or amend the decision no. 442/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Juljan Çafka.
