The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 393/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, of the assessee, Mr. Gerd Hoxha, judge at Tirana Court of First Instance.
After verifying the parties’ presence in the hearing, the presiding judge invited the Public Commissioner and the assessee to present their final conclusions.
The Public Commissioner, during the final conclusions, stated that the assessee failed to prove the opposite of the appeal grounds and based on the IMO Recommendation, requested the adjudication panel to amend the decision no. 393/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee Mr. Gerd Hoxha.
The assessee, in contrary to the appeal grounds and the Public Commissioner’s final inquires, requested from the Appeal Chamber his reconfirmation in office.
The adjudication panel, after becoming acquainted with the final conclusions of the respective parties, withdrew to the deliberation room to settle the final decision, which will be announced on July 6, 2022, at 16:00 p.m.
