The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 316/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Ibrahim Hoxha former judge of the Tirana Judicial District Court.
After verifying the presence of the parties in the hearing, the presiding judge noticed the absence of the subject of the re-evaluation and any of his legal representatives, informing at the same time all the procedural moments undertaken by the Appeal Chamber to notify the subject of re-evaluation regarding the trial of his case and the date of the hearing.
After being acquainted with the position of the Public Commissioner, the adjudication panel, in the circumstances when the subject of the re-evaluation had not communicated with the College via his electronic mail address and did not appear at today’s hearing session, decided to request from the Independent Qualification Commission the declaration of assets, according to appendix 2 of law no. 84/2016, in order to specify the e-mail address declared by the re-evaluation subject in view of this process and to carry out the following proceedings through this e-mail address.
Therefore, the public hearing was adjourned until September 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
