At the Appeal Chamber initiated the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 332/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, of the assessee, Mrs. Lindita Male (Ziguri) prosecutor of Tirana District Prosecution Office.
The presiding judge, while verifying the parties’ presence informed that the Public Commissioner, the appellant, had informed his lack of participation, and due to this reason, he had requested the adjournment of the hearing session.
The adjudication panel, also obtaining the consent of the assessee, decided to adjourn the following public hearing on October 20, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
