The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 524/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Elfrida Bregova, prosecutor at Tirana District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner ascertains that, from the review of the decision no. 524/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and its accompanying acts, emerge legal and factual circumstances, deeming that the decision is eventually vulnerable at least related to the assets and background assessment criterion, as it contains sufficient legal grounds to be presented to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, after the Panel has conducted a complete investigation and evaluation of the results of the administrative investigation, to decide the amendment or the upholding of the decision no. 524/2022.
