The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 537/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Florian Bonjaku, prosecutor at Kruja District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner ascertains that, from the review of the decision no. 537/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and its accompanying acts, emerge legal and factual circumstances which make the decision vulnerable in its entirety.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, after the Chamber itself conducts a complete investigation, to decide the amendment of decision no. 537/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Florian Bonjaku.
