The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber to continue the retrial of the judicial case, which pertains to the Public Commissioner’s appeal against decision no. 42/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission for the assessee, Mrs. Antoneta Sevdari.
The Appeal Chamber, at the end of the judicial review, reached a decision by a majority vote, where decided:
The upholding of decision no. 42/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee, Mrs. Antoneta Sevdari.
This decision is final and effective immediately.
The decision was announced today in Tirana, May 10, 2024.
