The Public Commissioner was present today to the Appeal Chamber while continued the reviewing of the appeal filed by this Institution against the decision No. 24/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Bashkim Dedja, President of the Constitutional Court.
The Panel of the Appeal Chamber announced to the parties that found absolute impossibility of announcing the decision, due to the complexity of the case.
Accordingly, the Adjudication Panel stated that as considering it as an exceptional case based on Article 55, paragraph 2 of Law 49/2012 “On the organization and function of administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes” decided to postpone the announcement of the decision, on Monday, December 17, 2018, at 10:00 am.

The Institution of Public Commissioners has been established and operates under Article 179/b the Annex of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and Law No. 84/2016, “On the Transitional Re-evaluation of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
