The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the review of the appeal filed by the Commissioner, against the Decision no. 42/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs. Antoneta Sevdari, prosecutor, at the Prosecutor’s Office of the First Instance Court, Tiranë, and currently a member of the High Prosecutorial Council.
The Adjudication Panel of the Appeal Chamber, after hearing the parties in their elements of the case, by an interim decision, decided to refuse the repeated request of the Public Commissioner related to the re-opening of the administrative investigation, also not to accept any other acts submitted by the subject of the re-evaluation, as deemed that the documents in the file are enough for decision making.
At the end of the hearing, the Adjudication Panel decide to adjourn the hearing on February 25, 2019, at 10:00 .am., in order to provide to the Public Commissioner and the subject of re-evaluation to submit their final elements of the case.
