The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 324/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Sokol Ngresi, judge at Vlorë Court of Appeal.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing the above decision assesses that, referring to the state of the facts and evidence administrated by the Independent Qualification Commission, and in consideration of the re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber, the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Sokol Ngresi does not achieve a trustable level for the confirmation in duty.
The Public Commissioner through this appeal requests from the Appeal Chamber to review the case in the hearing session and at the end of the process, to amend the decision no. 324/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and to decide the dismissal from office of the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Sokol Ngresi.
