The Public Commissioner was present at the Appeal Chamber, to review the submitted complaint, against the decision nr.5 date 23.03.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, to the re-evaluation of subject Mrs. Mirela Fana, former Supreme Court member.
The Trial Panel of Appeal Chamber, after verifying the presence of the parties to the trial, in the absence of the re-evaluation subject, decided to postpone the hearing on 10.09.2018, with the purpose of re-announcing the acts Mrs. Mirela Fana.
