The Public Commissioner appealed to the Appeal Chamber at the Constitutional Court the Decision No. 46/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, the President of the Supreme Court.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing the above decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and taking into consideration the recommendation submitted by the International Monitoring Operation to file the appeal, the Public Commissioner considers that based on the evidences and facts administered by the Independent Qualification Commission, the re-evaluation subject Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, does not reach a reliable level in the asset assessment.
Through this appeal, the Public Commissioner requests from the Appeal Chamber to consider the case at a public hearing and at the end of the judgment to amend the Decision no. 46/2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission, deciding to dismiss from office the subject of the re-evaluation, Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, the President of the Supreme Court.
