The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 47/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr.Astrit Faqolli, magistrate/judge, at the First Instance Court, Tiranë.
The Public Commissioner during the submission of the acts presented by the subject of the re-evaluation, requested to the Appeal Chamber to reject the administration as evidence, for intentional adjudication of the case, pursuant to Article 49, item 6, letter ç of the law no. 84/2016.
The Public Commissioner embraced all the causes of the appeal and demanded for the amending decision no. 47/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and dismissal from office the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Astrit Faqolli.
The Adjudication Panel of the Appeal Chamber decided to accept part of the acts submitted by the subject of re-evaluation, to terminate the judicial deliberation, and requested by the subject of re-evaluation, to adjourn the hearing session, on March 21, 2019, in order to provide time to the subject of re-evaluation to prepare the final elements of the case.
