The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit, filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber of the Constitutional Court, against the Decision no. 103/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs. Donika Prela, magistrate /prosecutor, head of the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes.
The Public Commissioner, as reviewed the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, assesses that, based on the evidences and the facts administrated by the Independent Qualification Commission, the subject of re-evaluation, Mrs. Donika Prela, does not meet the condition on the confirmation in duty.
Through this appeal, the Public Commissioner requests from the Appeal Chamber to consider the case at the public hearing, and at the end of the hearing, to amend the Decision no.103/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, deciding to dismiss from office the subject of re-evaluation, Mrs. Donika Prela.
