The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 32/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs. Alma Brati, Judge at the District Court, Tirana.
During the hearing session, the subject of re-evaluation requested to the adjudication panel not to consider in the conduct of the investigation the two denunciations by the public, and to administrate in the quality of evidence new documents, submitted during the session.
The Public Commissioner, in the elements of the case referred to the acts of the re-evaluation subject related to the income of the parents, expressed that they do not prove the capacity of the legitimacy of the assets and their creation.
The Adjudication Panel decided not to open the judicial investigation regarding the denunciations, and to take into consideration the documents submitted in the hearing from the subject of re-evaluation, in order to include them in the conduct of the financial analysis.
The next public hearing shall be adjourned on May 22, at 10:00 a.m.
