The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while initiated the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 84/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Besnik Cani, magistrate/prosecutor, at the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court Elbasan, and also member of the High Prosecutorial Council.
At the commencement of the hearing session, the Chairperson of the adjudication panel informed the parties in the process that the subject of re-evaluation had filed a request form for the adjournment of the hearing, in order to provide time to his attorney for trial preparation.
During the hearing, the subject of re-evaluation submitted to the adjudication panel exceptional family circumstances to enable the hearing to be adjourned.
The Adjudication Panel, upon the subject’s request, decided to adjourn the next hearing, on January 20, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
