The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 63/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Arben Dollapaj, prosecutor, at the Prosecution Office in the Appeal Court, Shkodër, and member of the High Prosecutorial Council.
During the hearing session, the Public Commissioner set forth his opinion to the probative value of the acts administered after the opening of the judicial investigation by the adjudication panel and the additional once presented by the subject of re-evaluation in the previous hearing.
After the administration of the submissions of the Public Commissioner, and hearing the subject of re-evaluation, after necessary deliberation, by intermediate decision, requested to the subject of re-evaluation to submit all the documentation deposited by the local government competent authority that issued the land use and building permit in Valbonë,Tropojë.
Moreover, the adjudication panel, by intermediate decision, decided to request information from the Special Prosecution Office against Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), whether any criminal charges have been filed for the re-evaluation subject, and whether any decision has been taken for this process or previous proceedings in charge of the subject of re-evaluation.
In order to administer the acts requested by the adjudication panel, the next hearing session shall be held on February 25, 2020, at 11:00 a.m.
