Today, the Appeal Chamber announced the trial decision of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 90/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Adnand Kosova, magistrate/prosecutor, at the General Prosecution Office.
The Appeal Chamber by decision no.05/2020 (JR), dated 13.03.2020, by majority vote decided:
- Amending the decision no.90/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and dismissal from office of the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Adnand Kosova.
- This decision is final with immediate effect.
The decision was announced today in Tirana, March 13, 2020.

The Institution of Public Commissioners has been established and operates under Article 179/b of the Annex of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and Law No. 84/2016, “On the Transitional Re-evaluation of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”.
The Public Commissioners represent the public interest during the transitional re-evaluation process of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania.
