The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 162/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs. Manjola Kajana, prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes, Tiranë.
At the commencement of the hearing session, the presiding judge requested the opinion of the parties related to the acts delivered by the relevant institutions for the purpose of the judicial investigation and the new evidence of the subject of re-evaluation.
The Public Commissioner, in his position, stated that the administered acts complement the investigation required in the grounds of the appeal.
The subject of re-evaluation, through the legal representative, agreed with the document responses of the institutions, while objected as unfounded the allegations raised by two denunciations, which according to her were conducted by persons investigated by her for criminal offenses.
The Adjudication Panel, by an intermediate decision, decided to request once again in the Fier Municipality for the application of the spouse of the subject of re-evaluation and the supporting documents, which had a crucial impact in the decision no. 46, dated 30.10. 2012, of Fier Municipal Council, concerning the approval list of names of eligible homeless families, part of which was also the spouse of the subject of re-evaluation.
Meanwhile, in providing of this document, the Adjudication Panel decided for the next hearing in order to also present the final conclusions, to be held on July 2, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.
