The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review against the decision no. 190/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Ramiz Lala, judge/ Chairman of the Administrative Court of First Instance, Gjirokastër.
After verifying the parties’ presence in the hearing session, the Public Commissioner and the subject of re-evaluation presented their final conclusions.
The Public Commissioner in his final conclusions, analyzing the content of the administrated acts also their provable level related to the appeal grounds, stated his request to uphold the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission for the confirmation in duty of the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Ramiz Lala, and the transfer for inspection to the High Justice Inspector of the administrative case no. 254 dated 14.5.2019, of the Administrative Court of First Instance, Gjirokastër.
The subject of re-evaluation in his final conclusions stood for all the claims regarding the appeal grounds and requested the decision of IQC to be upheld.
The adjudication panel, after being acquainted with the final conclusions withdrew in the consultation room for the final decision to be announced on July 12, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
