The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 392/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Natasha Prifti (Shallapi) prosecutor of Lushnjë District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing and assessing the decision no. 392/2021 and its accompanying acts, based on the recommendation of the International Monitoring Operation (IMO), deems that, the decision in its entirety is vulnerable and constitutes sufficient legal grounds to be filed for review, through the appeal, to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner through this appeal requests from the Appeal Chamber to review the case and at the end of the adjudication to decide the amendment of the decision no. 392/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mrs. Natasha Prifti (Shallapi).
