The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against the Decision no. 574/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Pëllumb Zaimi, judge at Berat Judicial District Court.
The Public Commissioner, based on his constitutional and legal competence, finds that, upon the review of the decision no. 574/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission and its accompanying acts, analyzing also the findings of each evaluation criteria in the meaning of Article 4, point 2 of Law no. 84/2016, findings and such legal and factual circumstances emerge, which make the decision vulnerable in its entirety.
The Public Commissioner requests that the grounds of the appeal be reviewed from the Appeal Chamber by analyzing the findings of each evaluation criteria, and at the end of the adjudication in the public hearing, decide the amendment of the decision no. 574/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Pëllumb Zaimi.
