The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 605/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Armida Hamiti (Moçka), prosecutor at the Tirana District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner in reference to his constitutional and legal competence finds that upon the review of the decision no. 605/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the state of its accompanying acts, emerge such legal circumstances and facts wherefrom considers that this decision is vulnerable, as the conclusions reached by the Commission are not compatible with the evidence administered.
The Public Commissioner based on the state of the acts determined that, the assessee does not achieve a trustable level in the asset assessment criterion, and therefore requires by the Appeal Chamber that at the end an entire investigation, decide the amendment of the decision no. 605/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mrs. Armida Hamiti (Moçka).
