The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber continuing the judicial review of the appeal filed against Decision no 275/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Enkeleda Osmani (Xhengo), prosecutor at Durrës District Prosecution Office.
The Adjudication Panel, at the end of the judicial review, decided:
The upholding of decision no. 275/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the confirmation in office of the assessee, Mrs. Enkeleda Osmani (Xhengo).
This decision is final and effective immediately.
The decision was announced today in Tirana, February 16, 2023.
