The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 621/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Erarbër Madhi, judge at Administrative Court of First Instance, Tirana.
The Public Commissioner after the review of decision no. 621/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and its accompanying acts, also based on the IMO Recommendation, deems that this decision is vulnerable in its entirety and that the assessee does not achieve a trustable level for the confirmation in office. The Public Commissioner requests the Appeal Chamber to consider the appeal grounds and after the overall evaluation of the proceedings to decide the amendment of decision no. 621/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Erarbër Madhi.
