The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 650/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Ylli Pjetërnika, prosecutor of Lezhë District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner finds that upon the review of decision no. 650/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and its accompanying acts, emerge such legal circumstances and facts that make this decision whole vulnerable.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, at the end of the entire investigation of the case, to decide the amendment of the decision no. 650/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Ylli Pjetërnika.
