The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 671/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Ylli Bashaj, prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana General Jurisdiction.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing the decision no. 671/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and according to the IMO’s recommendation, finds that this decision is not in full compliance with the state of facts and evidence administered in the fascicle, to imply that the assessee achieves a trustable level in his asset assessment, in the meaning of Article 59/1 of Law no. . 84/2016.
In such circumstances, the Public Commissioner assesses that the appeal grounds of the asset assessment criterion will have to find answers during the assessment of the case by the Appeal Chamber, and the latter, at the end of a full investigation, to decide the amendment or upholding of the decision no. 671/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee, Mr. Ylli Bashaj.
