The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber continuing the judicial review of the appeal filed against Decision no 621/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Erarbër Madhi, judge at Administrative Court of First Instance, Tirana.
The Adjudication Panel, at the end of the judicial review, decided:
The amendment of decision no. 621/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Erarbër Madhi.
This decision is final and effective immediately.
The decision was announced today in Tirana, July 27, 2023.
