The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 701/2023, issued by the Independent Qualification Commission. This decision pertains to the assessee, Ms. Jurida Bajraktari, who holds the position of legal assistant at Tirana Administrative Court of Appeal.
The Public Commissioner based on the review of decision no. 701/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, has determined that referring to the state of the facts and evidence of the present case, the assessee does not meet the criteria for confirmation in office.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be considered by the Appeal Chamber, and upon a comprehensive evaluation of the case, to decide the amendment of decision no. 701/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Ms. Jurida Bajraktari.
In accordance with point 1 of Article 16 of the Institution of Public Commissioners’ regulations, the appeal has been published on the official website of the institution, which can be accessed at http://ikp.al/ankime.
