The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 693/2023, issued by the Independent Qualification Commission. This decision pertains to the assessee Mr. Saimir Hysa, who holds the position of prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana General Jurisdiction.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing decision no. 693/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission and in accordance with the IMO’s Recommendation, deems that this decision is vulnerable in its entirety, and contains sufficient legal grounds to be submitted for review through the appeal to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be considered by the Appeal Chamber, and upon the completion of the judicial review, to decide the amendment of decision no. 693/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Saimir Hysa.
In accordance with point 1 of Article 16 of the Institution of Public Commissioners’ regulations, the appeal has been published on the official website of the institution, which can be accessed at http://ikp.al/ankime.
