The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 714/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission. This decision pertains to the assessee, Mr. Besnik Maho, former judge in the Pogradec Judicial District Court.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing the decision no. 714/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, deems that it contains legal grounds to be submitted for review through the appeal to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests the appeal grounds to be considered by the Appeal Chamber and, pursuant to Article 66/1, letter “c” of Law no. 84/2016, to decide:
- The suspension of decision no. 714/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
- The order for the Independent Qualification Commission to continue conducting the administrative procedures within the re-evaluation process for the assessee, the former judge Mr. Besnik Maho.
