The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 738/2024, issued by the Independent Qualification Commission, concerning the assessee, Mr. Gëzim Çopa, serving as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewing decision no. 738/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, finds that the assessee, Mr. Gëzim Çopa, does not achieve a trustable level for the confirmation in office.
The Public Commissioner requests the grounds of the appeal be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber, and at the end of a comprehensive investigation of the case to decide the amendment of the decision no. 738/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Gëzim Çopa.
