The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 744/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee, Mr. Artan Hajredinaj, serving as a judge in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana General Jurisdiction.
The Public Commissioner finds that from the review of decision no. 744/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, along with its accompanying documents, reveals legal findings and circumstances that render the decision vulnerable in its entirety.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber, and upon concluding a comprehensive investigation of the case, to decide the amendment of decision no. 744/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee Mr. Artan Hajredinaj.
