The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 754/2024, issued by the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee, Mrs. Mirela Mishgjoni, serving as a judge in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Vlora.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewing the decision no. 754/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and in accordance with the IMO’s Recommendation, finds that the assessee does not achieve a trustable level for the confirmation in office.
The Public Commissioner requests the Appeal Chamber to examine the appeal grounds thoroughly, and upon concluding the full investigation of the case, to decide the amendment of the decision no. 754/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mrs. Mirela Mishgjoni.
