The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 778/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Vjollca Spahiu, serving as a judge in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana General Jurisdiction.
The Public Commissioner, after the review of decision no. 778/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission and its related acts, determined that the assessee does not achieve a trustable level for the confirmation in office.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, following a thorough examination of the case, to decide the amendment of decision no. 778/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mrs. Vjollca Spahiu.
