The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision No. 768/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee, Mrs. Sonjela Voskopi, serving as a judge at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Korça.
Following the review of Decision No. 768/2024 by the Independent Qualification Commission, the Public Commissioner determines that the evidence in the file does not establish that the assessee meets a trustable level of all three evaluation criteria.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber, and upon concluding a comprehensive investigation of the case, to decide whether to uphold or amend Decision No. 768/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, concerning the assessee Mrs. Sonjela Voskopi.
