The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision No. 766/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee, Mr. Ervin Aliu, serving as a legal assistant at the Tirana Administrative Court of Appeal.
Following the review of Decision No. 766/2024 by the Independent Qualification Commission, the Public Commissioner has determined that the assessee has breached the public trust in the justice system. As a result, the assessee does not meet a trustable level for the confirmation in office.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber, and upon concluding a comprehensive investigation of the case, to decide the amendment of Decision No. 766/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee Mr. Ervin Aliu.
