The Appeal Chamber has initiated the judicial review of the appeal against Decision No. 537/2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission concerning the assessee Mr. Florian Bonjaku, serving as a prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Krujë.
During the verification of the parties’ presence, the presiding judge announced that the Public Commissioner was unable to attend the hearing and had requested its adjournment due to official commitments.
Under these circumstances, the adjudication panel after deliberation, decided to adjourn the following hearing on December 2, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
