Today, the Public Commissioner appeared before the Appeal Chamber to proceed with the judicial review of the appeal against Decision no. 479/2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission regarding the assessee Mr. Arben Dosti, currently serving as a judge at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana.
While verifying the parties’ attendance at the hearing, the presiding judge announced that the assessee had submitted a request to adjourn the hearing due to health issues.
After consulting with the Public Commissioner regarding this request, the adjudicating panel adjourned the following hearing on December 6, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
