The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 187/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Elvin Gokaj, prosecutor/ at that time head of the Appeal Prosecution Office, Shkodër.
The Public Commissioner, Mr. Florian Ballhysa informed the adjudication panel that the Public Commissioner, Mr. Darjel Sina, who has filed the appeal against the above decision, found it impossible to attend the present hearing for objective reasons and that he had informed the Appeal Chamber members via e-mail, requesting the adjournment of the hearing, at an appropriate time.
The presiding judge confirmed the receipt of the e-mail and after the legal representative of the subject of the re-evaluation expressed her approval regarding the request of the Public Commissioner, the adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on November 2, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
