The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 231/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Anton Martini, commanded prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court, Tiranë.
The presiding judge, after verifying the presence of the parties in the hearing, informed that they were forwarded the acts delivered by the relevant institutions, in view of the investigation opened predominantly for two denunciations by the Appeal Chamber, listing these acts, also informed about another denunciation, which has been filed to the Appeal Chamber.
The adjudication panel after administering in the quality of evidence the written acts, delivered by the institutions, requested the position on their content by the Public Commissioner and the subject of re-evaluation.
The Public Commissioner, thereafter presented his submissions on the content of the acts related to the two denunciations, for which the Appeal Chamber has opened a judicial investigation, standing for the grounds and the seeking of the appeal.
The subject of the re-evaluation presented his opinion with regard to the content of the acts delivered by the institutions, as well as opposed the Public Commissioner’s submissions above them.
Following the confirmation that the parties had no further investigation in this regard, the adjudication panel closed the judicial investigation and invited the parties to present their final conclusions on June 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
