The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review against the decision no. 200/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Besim Hajdarmataj, prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of the First Instance for Serious Crimes, Tiranë.
The presiding judge informed that the adjudication panel, following the end of the main trial in the previous session dated 16.7.2021 and withdrew for decision related to the case, during the discussions , by an intermediate decision, decided to revoke the intermediate decision of the date 16.7.2021, to close the judicial investigation and so to reopen it, in order that to request from the Independent Qualification Commission a letter forwarded by Vodafone Albania, as of 26.4.2019, related to the telephone communications of one of the numbers in the possession of the subject of re-evaluation.
Thereupon, the following hearing will be adjourned on August 3, 2021, at 09:00.a.m, wherin the parties will present their positions regarding the document, wheather it will be provided to them, in advance, by the Appeal Chamber.
