The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while initiated the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 224/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, of the assessee Mr. Astrit Kalaja, judge at Shkodër Court of Appeal.
During the verification of the parties’ presence, the case rapporteur communicated that due to objective impossibility to form the adjudication panel in absentia of the presiding judge and one of the panel members, the hearing will be adjourn on January 25, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
