The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision No 46/2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Xhezair Zaganjori, President of the Supreme Court.
The Public Commissioner in his elements of the case related to the acts lodged by the subject of re-evaluation at the hearing of June 25, 2019, after analyzing each of the acts, presented before the Adjudication Panel the fact that these acts do not prove the opposite of the grounds of the appeal. The Public Commissioner requested from the Appeal Chamber to review and decide on all of the grounds of the appeal.
During his opposing arguments, the subject of re-evaluation requested the filing of 10 (ten) additional acts, considered by him as new facts. Regarding these acts recently presented in today’s hearing by the subject, the Public Commissioner ascertained that a considerable part of them are already part of the judicial file wherein it content does not constitute any new legal fact or circumstance.
The Adjudication Panel by interim decision administrated in the quality of evidence all the documents lodged by the subject of re-evaluation, and announced the end of the hearing.
The Panel decided the next hearing session to present by the parties the final conclusions, shall be adjourned on July 17, 2019, at 14:00 p.m.
