The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 65/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs. Valbona Bala (Pajo), former legal advisor at the Constitutional Court.
The Adjudication Panel at the end of the judicial review of the appeal of the Public Commissioner and the appeal of the subject of re-evaluation, merged into one verdict, stating that the appeal of the Public Commissioner is based on proven facts in conformity with the law, whereas determine as unfounded the appeal of the subject of re-evaluation, consequently decided:
1. Modifying the decision no.65/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
Termination of re-evaluation process for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs.Valbona Bala (Pajo). The subject of re-evaluation Mrs.Valbona Bala (Pajo) may no longer be appointed as a judge or prosecutor at any level, as a member of High Judicial Council, High Prosecutorial Council, High Justice Inspector, or Prosecutor General, for a duration of fifteen years.
2. This decision is final with immediate effect.
