The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 62/2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Artur Malaj, judge at the Administrative Court of Appeal, Tirana.
The Public Commissioner presented the probative value solely on those acts, which according to him constitute factual circumstances and not over the rest of the acts that are in conditions of legal interpretations, wherein the Public Commissioner sought not to be considered from the Adjudication Panel of the College.
The Public Commissioner, stood for all the grounds of the appeal and assessed that the evidence submitted by the subject of re-evaluation, and those claimed on today’s hearing did not affect a different conclusion reached by the preliminary financial analysis presented by the Appeal Chamber.
The subject of re-evaluation opposed the Public Commissioner stance, and requested time to provide additional probative documents.
After deliberation in closed doors, the adjudication panel recognized only one of the evidence requested to be administered by the subject of re-evaluation and announced the end of the judicial examination.
