The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber, while continued the judicial review of the appeal against the Decision no. 103/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs. Donika Prela, magistrate /prosecutor, at that time lead of the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes.
At this hearing, the Public Commissioner and the subject of the re-evaluation presented their final conclusions.
The Public Commissioner, stood to all the grounds of this appeal and submissions, in the previous court hearings, requested for the amendment of the decision no. 103/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission and the dismissal from office of the subject of re-evaluation, based on paragraph 3 and 5, of Article 61, of law no. 84/2016.
The subject of the re-evaluation and her legal representative, in the final conclusions, following the objections and submissions presented in the previous hearings, opposed all the grounds of the appeal established by Public Commissioner, requesting to uphold the decision no. 103/ 2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission for the confirmation in duty of Mrs. Donika Prela.
After hearing and administering the final conclusions of the parties participating for adjudication, the panel notified that the decision will be announced in the hearing session of September 25, 2020, at 10.00 a.m.
